Job description

Witco is looking for its new VP People!

Your role will encompass all HR aspects, from the recruitment of talents to employee development, employer branding, definition of processes and manager empowerment.

This position is at the crucible of all Witco’s departments and is key for the company’s further development and success.

Your missions will include the following:

- lead all recruitment activities, identify the best sourcing channels for all departments (Tech & Product, Revenue, Marketing and G&A) and all jurisdictions (France, Spain, Germany and UK), help managers define their needs and perfect their recruitment process, manage our ATS (Lever) and structure the Talent Acquisition team

- develop our employer branding inside and outside the company: increase the company’s visibility for potential candidates, work on the continuous improvement of the onboarding/offboarding process, drive and implement the EVP strategy with the help of our Office and Happiness Manager

- lead the company’s training and development strategy by seeking and implementing internal and external training and supporting managers in defining their teams' training plan

- structure and implement HR processes, including on performance review, remuneration policy, career plan and working time schemes

empower managers on all HR matters by giving them training on various topics (recruitment, feedback, etc.), advising them and supporting them on a daily basis

- First interview with Louis, Head of Legal, Finance & HR

- Case study

- Interview with two other members of our executive committee: Chief Product and Technology Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and/or Chief Marketing Officer

- Final interview with Eliane, founder and CEO of Witco

Your profile

  • Significant experience (+5 years) in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
  • Expertise in HR processes structuring and implementation
  • Organization and adaptation skills
  • Eager to work in an international environment
  • Data driven
  • Fluent in English and, ideally, German and/or Spanish
