The position

Job description

Your missions:

- Onboarding: Guide and onboard new customers towards a successful implementation and create fast time to value.

- Training: continuously train each new partner to make the best out of our solutions, drive adoption and usage.

- Project Management: Responsible for the project management before launch, proactively communicating on deadlines and delays

- Growth: Identifies revenue expansion opportunities and creation of up-sell and cross-sell

- Contribute to our product’s development by transmitting client’s feedback to both product and marketing teams: you are the customer’s voice.

  • Our hiring process

  • A 30 minutes video call with one of our Talent Managers, to better know you and answer any questions you might have
  • A 60 minutes video call with your Margherita, VP of Customer Success, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and discuss how you would work together
  • A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Witco is like
  • Interview onsite with future team members
  • Reference check and 30 minutes call with Antoine, our CRO.
  • About you

  • 2-4 years experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish. You also have a command of either French or English.
  • You have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multitask
  • You are hands-on, self-driven and proactive.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for service
  • Patient and active listener
