As a Wezen Software company, one of the main challenge faced by the Wezen product is to be interconnected with other tech tools
As Product Manager - interconnections lead you will be leading the Interconnection practice in the team meaning creating and maintaining interconnections between Wezen and other softwares

Here are some responsibilities you will have:

• Build futur interconnections roadmap
• Select outsourced development teams to develop those interconnections
• Create specifications to brief outsourced dev teams (in the development of interconnections)
• Strong understanding of exisiting interconnections to help Customer Success team being unlock if some issues happen
• Lead outsourced development team to be sure the product will be delivered on time with the proper level of quality

Other information:

• Working in remote authorized. Your presence at the Paris office is required at least 2 days per week.

Must have

• 2 years experience (including 1 year as a developer)
• Confident with tech product building process (product management)
• Really curious and able to discover and deeply understand new tech tools in autonomy
• Ability to be a strong leader on the topics you are working on
• Perfect english spoken and written
• Perfect French spoken and written

Nice to have

• Previously leading outsourced development teams
• Knowledge about state of the art Content management platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Akeneo, Magento, Drupal, Wordpress, InRiver, etc…)

• Interview with the Head of Customer Success
• Interview with the Head of Sales
• Interview with the CTO
• Talk with your futur colleagues (including a demonstration of the Wezen product)
