Welii is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You’ll partner with the rest of the team, including the Head of Product and co-founders to create groundbreaking technology (maybe 😅).

As the first Product Designer, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to build a new product and to make a lasting impact on Welii’s culture and future (100% accurate 💪).

Your mindset

• You’re driven by impact, not by ideas or pixel-perfect design. You’re pragmatic and comfortable making trade-offs between speed and quality.
• You have strong appetite for UX rather than UI

Responsibilities

• Design highly functional and elegant product solutions for our customers and internal users
• Conduct regular user research: discovery and feedback interviews
• Map and prioritize use-cases per persona
• Create the navigation, structure and user journeys in our web app
• Write design specs (Figma)
• Set up a design process and rituals inside the company
• Work directly with Guillaume (Head of Product) and Jean-Guillaume (CTO)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of xp in a startup environment, ideally in an early-stage or SaaS or B2B startup
• skills in user research, prototyping and user testing
• design thinking methodologies and ability to lead design workshops (personae, customer journey, opportunity prioritization, solution discovery…)
