About the Insights Quality Squad ⭐️

The insights quality squad’s mission is to empower our coaching supervisors so they can deliver the most qualitative insights to Wave’s clients.

By joining the team as a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for making our internal coaching assistant smarter, improving collaboration between coaches & supervisors and ultimately ensuring that any message sent by Wave provides high qualitative insights to the clients.

You will be joining a team of 4 developers, including ML Engineers, and work side by side with our VP of Coaching Operations, Nina Landes.

You will report to our CPO, Guillaume SIMON, and work alongside our other Product Manager, Aymeric Pocreau, and our Staff Product Designer Micka Touillaud.

What you will do in this role 🤔

• Turn facts into insights: Capture opportunities from a wide range of inputs by getting regular user touchpoints, researching, analyzing data, and benchmarking the industry.
• Define your team’s strategy: Set up Objectives and Key results aligned with the vision, mission, and company’s objectives. Evangelize this strategy and ensure company alignment.
• Own your team’s roadmap: Prioritise the most impactful opportunities for your team, keeping the focus on delivering outcomes. Ensure the roadmap is accessible & understood.
• Foster collaboration: Collaborate with your team and help them champion forward-thinking strategies in order to tackle the opportunities you identified.
• Launch Projects: Lead the rollout of your team’s solutions, regularly update users & stakeholders, and evaluate (quantitative and qualitative) the success of the solutions deployed.
• Demonstrate team leadership: Bring your team together, leverage the synergies, and keep your team strong and healthy.

What you’ll need 😎

• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile.
• Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice to have: Experience in building internal products.

4. Case study presentation + Q&A (1h) followed by a 30min coffee chat with some stakeholders.

On average, the entire process lasts 3 weeks and a decision is usually made within 48hrs after the last interview 🤞
