We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Configurator who will be responsible for analysis and documentation of the business requirements and mapping them to the Salesforce capabilities. Moreover, the Salesforce Business & Functional Analyst will support customers by applying configuration tasks on the Salesforce platform.

YOUR ROLE
As a Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Configurator at Waeg, an IBM Company, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, assisting in key meetings with the client including requirement sessions and system demo’s. Working closely with the the project team to build and configure new functionalities on the salesforce platform, understanding business values and priorities. On top of this, your role also includes:

• Applying your knowledge of the salesforce product to assist in the project implementation of the correct salesforce solution
• Analysing, organising and collecting all data within the project and facilitate project collaboration with clear communication and documentation
• Willing to perform configuration tasks on the Salesforce platform using declarative solutions: custom objects, validations, process flows, process automation tools, and security/sharing settings
• Creating and Developing user stories and review acceptance criteria needed to enable target future state
• Managing the requirement priorities and balance the business needs against any project constraints that may occur

You will be responsible for defining clear communication channels and delivering any support of the creation of both technical and functional document specifications for new and existing clients.

YOUR SKILLS
The ideal candidate will need to have 3+ Years of previous experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Configurator on numerous salesforce implementations in international environments as well as experience in the following areas:

• Salesforce certified administration professional: ADM 201 and App builder highly desirable
• Strong understanding of the salesforce product with the ability to build custom apps, workflows and processes
• Knowledge of salesforce implementation best practices and should be able to comfortably configure salesforce solutions
• Has experience with and understands clearly the salesforce functionalities and best practices
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – between both business oriented and technically minded teams
• Has the ability to produce high quality technical documentation and analysis

The ideal candidate has to have sound prioritisation and time management skills and will also need to be a strong team player with the ability to establish business relationships quickly and effectively.
