We are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant in Belgium who will support customers with business and digital strategies, transformations and successful Salesforce solutions implementations. The Business Transformation Consultant will support customers by applying our industry leading change management approach and will be constantly in contact with internal and external stakeholders.

The Business Transformation Practice has the goal to help our customers to be more innovative, more efficient and effective in order to make their business and digital transformations a success.

Your role

As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will:

• Focus on business strategies and business processes, tailor made to our customers needs;
• Perform structured business analysis and design, and be responsible for ensuring the analysis approach and deliverables meet customer requirements;
• Align closely with the Sales and Solution Engineering team to identify gaps, main challenges and needs on the customer side;
• Ability to design workshops proactively and execute them;
• Make business and digital change plans, and provide a full road map, including: Communication plans, L&D plans, implementation and adoption plans, KPI dashboards, stakeholder analysis, and go-to-market strategies, etc.
• Support and choose digital solutions to complex business challenges;
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the client advising them on business and digital transformation objectives throughout the full project lifecycle.
• With a strong spirit of solution-oriented and motivation skills, the Business Transformation Consultant uses a consultative approach to understand business and change management requirements, articulating the project implementation strategies.

Your skills

In order to be successful in our team, we expect you to bring 10+ years of experience in a commercial organization in the field of Sales, Service, Marketing, and Procurement. Experience with Sustainability. 2+ years of experience as a Business Transformation or organizational Change Consultant is a big plus!

• Being able to interact with customers at different levels;
• Active participation and experience in business, commercial and digital change programs;
• Must be able to demonstrate participation in a full project development life cycle;
• Proactive, with a spirit of initiative, charismatic, persuasive, motivated, and success-driven personality with high attention to detail;
• Great analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. in Dutch, French, and English;
• Strong teamwork focus in combination with being a self-starter and proactive attitude
• Degree in Management or Commercial or other relevant fields.
