The position

Job description

You will act as a bridge between our technology and our customers, playing a key role in how our products are showcased, understood and used.

Reporting directly to the Pre-Sales Director, the Global Senior Solutions Consultant will work as a part of Vulog’s Pre-Sales team and Vulog’s global Business Development team globally.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in direct collaboration with our Business Development team, and relate with prospects to identify the right solution to meet their needs (technical and business),
  • Create sales opportunities by managing the pre-sales technical process and demonstrating Vulog’s solutions to customers,
  • Interact, collaborate and listen to customers throughout the selling process to ensure their needs are properly understood and being addressed,
  • Create and deliver product demonstrations, including product overviews, detailed demonstrations, and client-driven proof-of-concept projects,
  • Configure & tailor the Vulog platform to demonstrate tailored solutions to customer needs
  • Assist in writing presales technical and marketing documentation,
  • Manage end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot project deployments for customer use cases,
  • Support the Business Development team through responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs,
  • Provide solution training and product support as well as technical demonstrations to Vulog prospects and partners,
  • Assist in writing presales technical and marketing documentation.

Preferred experience

Who You Are:

  • Strong technical background,
  • Demonstrate ability to sell technical solutions to a customer with professionalism and enthusiasm,
  • Ability to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audience,
  • Team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast changing environment,
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus),
  • Ready to live in a sunny place (Nice) with some travel to visit prospects.
