Vulog is looking for a Support Technician to join us in our sunny premises in Nice!

Your responsibilities, in a nutshell :

In this role, you will be responsible for performing customer support :

o Level 2 support for product requests or technical issues (questions, problems) directly from customers through desktop solutions and calls.
o Taking ownership of customer issues through to resolution - including troubleshooting, external and internal communication, and providing regular and meaningful feedback to the customer.
o Provide customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues and applicable workarounds.
o Follow up on technical requests and provide quick feedback.
o Prioritize customer requests and escalate issues to the next level.
o Provide customer feedback on application functionality to product teams.
o Write and update internal knowledge base articles.


Preferred experience

o Previous work experience as a technical support

Technical skills

o Knowledge of operating systems, web services and APIs.
o Ability to prioritize and diagnose application problems.
o Excellent communication skills.

o Good interpersonal skills.
o Good written and verbal communication skills.
