Job description

  • Define target integration model for recently acquired companies
  • Lead integration process while coordinating various stakeholders 
  • Define milestones & monitor the progress of the integration
  • Identify and assess potential synergies and risks
  • Manage operational projects to ensure value creation
  • Develop best practices & tools for future integrations
  • Report directly to the CEO

    • Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, with strong exposure to Operations (preferably PMI projects) 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to adapt communication style to interact effectively with a wide range of counterparts across cultures and seniority
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the technology and internet sectors; passionate about gaming
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in French and English
