The position

Job description

  • Deploy roadmap and associated projects, and support its enhancements thanks to your expertise and experience 
  • Manage, support, and adapt team in order to meet business needs as effectively as possible
  • Deploy and anchor routines in the IT team to pilot the deployment of the roadmap and tracking of day-to-day operations
  • Manage budget, contracts, and suppliers for both hardware and software (negotiation, commercial relationships, timelines…) in a structured and comprehensive manner
  • Manage stock, purchase, and resell of both hardware and software (when relevant)
  • Be the final level for complex requests/tickets
  • Be the point of contact in IT for Network and security and identify ways of strengthening our environment
  • Be the owner of overall internal and user-facing documentation and its update
  • Collaborate within the People team to improve processes and provide efficient solutions

    • Profile

  • You have at least one year of experience in management and 5+ years in IT 
  • You are structured in your day-to-day (management and operational) and always look for improvements
  • You are an expert in Apple / PC configuration
  • You are proficient in G Suite and other common SaaS applications
  • You have great verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • You are business-oriented
