👥 Our team

Our main mission: Attract, develop, promote and engage Virtuosos. Recruiting is the first (and hugely important) step - we want people to enjoy their job, have a good work/life balance, and have everything in their hands to deliver the best version of themselves (through our learning & development initiatives).

You will be the first point of contact with tech & product candidates. Your daily schedule will include working on the recruitment process & building an amazing candidate experience within Virtuo. You will report directly to the Head of Talent and be part of the People team.

🎯 Your missions:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage and become an expert on your tech & product market. Today it represents approximately 25 new jobs per year with 40 techs & product specialists.

You will start by sourcing/ recruiting and developing the best acquisition strategy. After 6 months to one year, you will evolve with more strategy and development of your own squad (70% recruiting- 30% strategy & management).

OWN RECRUITMENT PROCESS & IMPROVE OUR VISIBILITY/ NETWORK

  • Ensure an incredible candidate experience. Candidates have to feel welcomed, highly considered, and challenged. We never forget anyone in the process and we give clear and personalized feedback. (Today, we are great with 4/5 on candidates feedbacks)
  • Be a tremendous business partner for managers sharing your expertise
  • Continuous improvement: we always measure and improve what we are doing (process, candidate experience…)
  • Develop any initiatives that you found interesting to give good notoriety and visibility to Virtuo in tech & product environments

DATA IS YOUR FOCUS

  • We have a great ATS (lever) you will be able to focus on data to help managers improve their recruitment (identify best practices and pain points)
  • Ensure our recruitment process is memorable (reporting on our candidate NPS)
  • Diversity is your mindset: we are great on diversity regarding diplomas & nationalities and we know we can do better in other areas (gender …)

Later on, AS A MANAGER YOU WILL:

  • Hire and manage your own team
  • Animate team meetings, train and develop your team
  • Create a recruitment plan for your team within the next year
  • Build our strategy for all the recruitment of tech & product positions
  • Follow the recruitment budget

Preferred experience

  • At least 4 years of experience in tech recruitment
  • You know exactly where to source and how to grow our tech pipeline
  • You know how to talk with tech, how to sell them a job/ working environment, and advantages
  • You are data-driven with an eye for quality
  • You have great communication & social interaction skills
  • You are comfortable negotiating and closing candidates
  • You are fluent in English & in French, other languages are more than welcome!
  • You are passionate about recruitment & people, you love to talk, share experiences but mostly listen actively
  • You are transparent as we are!
