🎯 Your missions:

Help us grow our fleet, expand our stations and cities across the UK, and run complex operations.
The Virtuo Operations Intern’s ultimate responsibility is to ensure that our customers get a perfect experience from the start of their rental until the end. This is a fast-paced environment and the role will appeal to an ambitious self-starter with a hands-on attitude, strong operational ability, and interest in cars and mobility tech.

Based on your profile, you will be in charge of 1 or 2 of the missions below;

• Fleet management (damages, maintenance, vehicle reception planning, etc.)
• Manage Virtuo stations (accessories, signage, parking, amenities, maintenance, etc.)
• Experts (cleaners/drivers) onboarding and training
• Global process monitoring

Support complex day-to-day operations to achieve our KPI’s target as a team (close collaboration with everyone in the Operations team).

• You are fluent (or native) in English
• You are studying and willing to work 5-6 months during the summer
• You are in London or able to easily travel to London during your internship period
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and result-oriented

• You know how to adapt and find solutions, especially when there is little time!
• You are not afraid to try new ways of doing things in order to improve
