The position

Job description

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be fully part of our marketing team, covering for the maternity leave of our Lead Product Marketing Manager.
In that role, you’ll get the chance to be both strategic and operational, working closely with the Product team on our new offers go to market, as well as rolling out campaigns through CRM or other media. You’ll get the responsibility of our editorial calendar and driving usage among our customers.
You’ll be managing an apprentice and an intern.

🎯 Your missions:

  • Work closely with our Product team to bring to market our new offers, and drive adoption.
  • With the help of our apprentice, Theo, drive usage/repeat/retention among our existing base through CRM in particular.
  • Own our editorial calendar, working closely with the local marketing team.
  • With our ESG intern, support the roll-out of our yearly ‘green commitments’, to reduce Virtuo carbon footprint.
  • Brief creatives, execute campaigns to drive growth across various channels.

Preferred experience

  • You have 4-6 years of experience as a marketing generalist, in the tech industry
  • You are customer-centric, rooting everything you do in customer insights
    -You like both strategic and operational marketing, from Go-to-Market definition to briefing and executing campaigns
  • You are a great manager, engaging and developing your team
  • You are resilient and driven: you don’t get discouraged by a great challenge
  • You are hands-on, a doer, and impact-driven
  • You are a good communicator. You are fluent in French and English.
  • You are rigorous: you like numbers and measure everything you do.

  • You’ve passionate about sustainable development, you know the difference between Net Zero and carbon neutrality
