As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Virtuo to provide the « wow » experience that customers are waiting for.

🎯 Your missions:

You will be in contact with different customer profiles and you will have a centric role. On a daily basis, you will be supporting Virtuo’s customers on the phone or by chat.
Your missions :

  • Provide support to our customers 💡
    This mission requires different skills, as you will be in contact with different profiles of customers for various types of issues: in-rental, pre-booking questions, after rental feedback, or claims. You will need to adapt to each request, prioritize your answers and remind the customer that behind our great product, we have amazing people.
  • Handle outbound missions 🚀
    Last-minute car swaps, upgrades/downgrades, fleet modifications, accidents follow-ups. Customer service at Virtuo is not only about inbound but also outbound missions. Other departments will need you to contact customers proactively in order to make sure things goes smoothly for each one of them.
  • Use your expert eyes 👀
    Since we don’t have a physical agency, customer’s account requests need to be reviewed carefully. Attention to detail is key for this mission as anomalies can be detected throughout the whole customer journey.

Since we don’t have an agency to receive customers, we are their only point of contact … imagine, how important your role will be ! We’ll rely on you to listen to our customers and use your technical expertise, creativity, and passion to meet their needs.

To perfectly fit on the job and to the best Customer Support Team :

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer oriented environment
  • You care for details and you do not want to miss the opportunity to satisfy a customer.
  • You effortlessly engage, explaining step by step with patience and an approach tailored to each individual customer.
  • You have excellent people interaction skills and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written and you are well known for you positive spirit and sense of humor.
  • For you there is no problem, only solutions and you call your creative spirit to answer all types of situations.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver in a rapidly changing environment, you are not scared of work.
  • You are bilingual in Portuguese and French with good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
  • Really important : you are available to work on week-ends and are quite flexible on the schedules
