Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Sustainability and Inclusion Analyst to join our team in Paris. 

About the role

As part of the Sustainability & Inclusion team, and reporting to the Chief Sustainability and Inclusion Officer, you will help support the overall S&I strategy by defining and managing co-owned business / S&I KPIs, tracking and seeking relevant data, and providing insightful dashboards to pilot and upgrade our S&I strategy.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding our overall S&I ambition and translate it into data / KPI / objectives
  • Dialoguing with all business teams to understand what KPIs they follow and how we can integrate S&I into their topics
  • Being the interface between S&I team and business teams, S&I teams and product/tech teams
  • Managing annual reporting campaign to contribute to impact reports providing relevant business & sustainability insights
  • Supporting ongoing Sustainability and Inclusion projects on the data side
  • Analysing what meaningful data we can track and provide to the market as a leading sustainable fashion tech platform
  • Looking for and managing relevant S&I certifications / reporting tools & norms
  • Championing our online second hand business model and translate it into relevant impact data.

Preferred experience

  • Business/Engineer with a CSR specialization
  • 5+ years experience as a sustainability auditor or sustainability analyst or sustainability reporting manager
  • Ideally some experience working in/for e-commerce
  • Excellent analytic skills with proven experience using Excel & SQL (experience of Tableau is a plus)
  • Expertise using data and metrics to story tell, communication skills, ability to be pedagogue even on technical topics
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team spirit
  • Integrity and purpose driven
  • Fluent in both French and English.
