About the role

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Helpdesk Associate, Operations and this is a full-time role based out of our Hong Kong Office reporting to the Team Lead.

What you’ll do

  • Take part in work rotation across operation teams for training in first-line work knowledge and process
  • Maintain and build work process maps, propose process improvement if necessary
  • Contribute timely and accurate responses to address queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Enable successful execution in various projects including UAT, global calibration projects, and process improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate smooth process flow in day-to-day operation
  • Carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned

Who you are

  • High school diploma or above, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Skills and experience in data analysis is a plus!
