Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Global Performance Digital Branding Manager to join our Acquisition team based in Paris.

About the role:

With many new challenges in 2021, our team is seeking a Global Performance Digital Branding Manager to be responsible for defining the strategy, implementing the campaigns and raise performance of all our digital branding investments (videos, display, …) in all regions.
 
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – Paid Social and Mobile, you will help Vestiaire grow globally.

You are entrepreneurial, a team player and thrive in high pressure environments. You are keen to dive head first into a fast-growing, global fashion tech business!

What you’ll do:

  • You will be working with our Branding and Regional teams to bring a performance mindset and expertise in our branding campaign and get the best performance out of it.
  • You will oversee the measurement of all branding activities to build digital branding campaigns with ROI mindset.
  • You will drive innovations in user acquisition and digital branding by bringing innovative ideas and tests (A/B Tests).
  • Plan and coordinate efforts with internal design resources & creative agencies to deliver high-performing assets to fuel your campaigns.
  • Manage the relationships with all our other external partners such as Facebook and Google.
  • Deliver performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

Preferred experience

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of growth hacking / paid acquisition XP, handling large budgets in a media agency or at major ecommerce company/scale-up/pure player.
  • Expertise in running branding campaigns with performance mindset and objectives.
  • Interest for ad content.
  • Proven track record of running complex paid online campaigns, while meeting aggressive targets.
  • Outstanding analytical skills (proficient in Excel, experienced with visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker).
  • Hands on & problem solver: you are autonomous and thrive in complex environments.
  • Robust understanding of attribution modelling.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
