About the role

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a highly motivated business analyst to join its Operations Development team and drive multiple projects to support Vestiaire Collective growth and improve its processes. The position will report to the Head of Operations Development.
The business analyst will lead cross-functional projects under the responsibility of the Head of Operations Development and independently conduct analyses to improve the performance and support the development of Vestiaire Collective Operations. Vestiaire Collective Operations include teams such as Customer Service, Logistics, Transport, Authentication and Curation.
This is an extremely cross-functional role that requires both strong analytical skills as well as project management and communication skills. Key counterparts will include FP&A, Product / UX team, Tech team, Marketing team, Performance team, Commercial team.
The successful candidate will be comfortable with challenges, with strong attention to details and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead cross-functional projects within the Operations department or across the organization and involving Operations (e.g. geographic expansion, processes improvement, providers review)
• Conduct required quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision making on projects
• Define relevant action plans in agreement with all stakeholders involved
• Be the point of contact of the company for any topic related to the projects scope

Who you are
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent at driving analysis and managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Previous experience in ecommerce, project management or consulting is a plus
• Experience using Excel. Experience with Tableau and SQL is also a plus
• Good writing and presentation skills
• Fluency in French and English
