Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Brand Partnerships Project Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team in Paris. 

About the Role  

We are currently seeking a dynamic team player with a strong leadership who can integrate one of Vestiaire’s most exciting new projects, RaaS (Resale as a Service) within the Brand Partnerships team. You will work with the dedicated brand partnerships team as well as all other streams involved.

You might have come across our first RaaS launch with Alexander McQueen: there are many more in the pipeline, and a dedicated division to be set up. Our vision is to strengthen our Second Hand Luxury leadership position by involving the ecosystem players.

What you’ll do  

  • Support with the strategy definition of Resale as a Service within Vestiaire Collective, and the creation of the new division
  • Monitor and analyze the competition landscape overview for second hand/ resale partnerships in the ecosystem + define and implement action plans to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate new partnerships with luxury and premium brands, prepare supporting pitch documents adapted to the individual brands, while leveraging our RaaS offer
  • Lead and project manage the implementation of new brand partnerships with premium and luxury brands (from negotiation to onsite launch)
  • Work closely with main streams involved in the partnerships: Data Science, Pricing, Marketing/ Branding, Ops, etc.
  • Coordination/ workshops with Vestiaire Collective’s CEO/ Co-founder and top management

Preferred experience

  • 4+ years of work experience as Consultant, or a similar role within an high growth e-com business
  • Strong team work capabilities and leadership skills to influence other teams cross the company
  • Structured, organized, objective driven, fast learner and motivated by E-commerce and Fashion industry
  • Data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to build strong collaborative internal & external relationships
  • Experience in working with luxury brands is a big plus, as is a good understanding of e-com and onsite functionalities, as well as a grasp of operational processes
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German preferred)
