The position

Job description

We are looking for a new manager to join the customer success department !You will have a key role in the success of Veesion by delivering a high quality of customer experience.Missions and responsibilities

Management

  • Accompany and guide two teams, each consisting of 3 to 5 people to lead them to success and to grow.

  • Support each team member in their professional development & help them raise their skills

  • Plan and supervise newcomer’s onboarding, making sure they master all the tools and processes. Coach them until they become rockstars.

Operational performance & ownership

  • Own and monitor operational performance and user satisfaction regarding onboarding and care. Organise ownership of processes and tools within your team.

  • Analyse client dashboards

  • Assisting in the organisation and distribution of the team’s tasks

  • Creation of client documents (fact sheets, documents and internal processes)

  • Improving processes to optimise the efficiency of our teams


Preferred experience

  • You have experience in the csm sector in a fast growing environment.

  • You are eager to join a young, dynamic and ambitious startup!

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management practice and tools.

  • You know the basics of how a CRM works (Pipedrive, Hubspot…)

  • Experience in project management (implementing a tool, building a schedule with deadlines…) would be a great asset.

  • You are empathetic, organised and have excellent interpersonal skills

  • You are able to show initiative and agility

  • A highly positive and contagious energy!

  • You are a native French or English speaker with a perfect knowledge of both languages, a good level of another language such as Spanish or Italian will be really appreciated


Recruitment process

The csm interview will take place in several stages:

A first interview with the head of the department, to discover the working environment and the organisation of the department.

An exchange with the CEO, to assess your motivation and experience.

Finally, an interview with Annaelle, who will be your partner in charge of the churn and maintenance teams.
