Job description
As our Property Manager in Spain, you will be part of the Operations team, reporting to the Head of Operations in Spain. Among your responsibilities, you will find:
- Develop and implement the annual management plan of each one of the assets, including the creation of Business Plans and OPEX forecasts with the support of the other departments of the Operations team (sales, marketing, community, customer support…)
- Supervise and optimize the OPEX management of the asset
- Create and revise monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and operative reportings
- Develop initiatives to improve the management of the asset, especially on areas affecting OPEX reduction and improvement of the resident experience
- Manage facility issues in coordination with the Customer Support team
- Select, manage and supervise services providers (facility management, housekeeping, and others)
- Manage landlord relationships and maximize landlord satisfaction
- Carry out periodic on-site visits to ensure quality control and proactive upkeeping of the assets
- Support the Operations team on sustainability innitiatives and certifications
Preferred experience
- You have valuable experience in residential property management (2-3 years)
- You must be fluent in Spanish and English (French is a plus)
- You are an Excel master
- You have experience with CRMs and Property Management Systems, as well as accounting softwares
- You have an interest for the real estate industry
