Job description

We are hiring an Expansion Strategy Analyst fluent in French and Spanish who will be an important part of our Investment Program team, helping to ensure the healthy fast-growing pace of the company.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Prepare market analysis (demand, target profile, demographic data, comparables, prices…) to support market entry decisions

• Elaborate and calibrate the expansion roadmap/action plans for the cities or countries we’re expanding to

• Create and monitor dashboards showing the progress of the expansion plan in real time

• Attend regular meetings with brokers and developers across our markets to develop and strengthen our relationships and help positioning Urban Campus as an attractive partner in the market

Preferred experience

WHAT YOU ARE/HAVE:

• Excellent communication skills in French and Spanish

• Passion and intellectual curiosity to find and capture business value

• Obsessive about making highly effective plans that ensure the best outcome

• Goal-oriented personality, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent at building relationships, and working with multiple stakeholders

• Autonomous, rigorous, and dynamic, team spirit, sense of priorities and organization

• Flexible and agile

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Business Administration or Economics bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on real estate, strategy and/or finance

• Experience working in the real estate sector

• Knowledge of the investment market

• MS Office/G Suite master, experience with data visualization tools and proficient in market analysis and financial modeling

Full professional level of French and Spanish and an advanced level of English

• Willing to travel monthly across Spain, France, and Portugal to explore new opportunities and meet stakeholders

• Full time position

• Based in Madrid
