Upfluence helps brands tell their story with powerful influencers & content marketing technology. Upfluence’s software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale to execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, as well as provide detailed reporting metrics. Since the launch of our SaaS Software in January 2016, the company has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Switzerland, and Lyon.

In addition to the SaaS Software, Upfluence has also developed its own Premium Services to better accompany brands through their Digital and Influencer Marketing campaigns whether their objectives are brand awareness, engagements, or sales generation. Upfluence Services Division has organized through a “Squad system”: a multidisciplinary unit, in charge of the full life cycle of a business offering or mission. A squad is a specialized, autonomous and accountable entity and its members can be considered as founders of it. 

About the position

You'll be immersed within the Influencer Marketing Industry. You will work with your team to support, manage, and deliver visible influencer campaigns. You will have hands-on experience connecting B2B and B2C brands with influencers and will be in charge of the entire Influencer Campaign process from the initial kick-off call meeting with the brand, influencer brief creation, identifying influencers, negotiating compensation rates, monitoring campaign deliverables, and reporting KPI metrics at the end of the campaign as well as providing recommendations moving forward. 

You'll also collaboratively shape what success looks like for the changes you propose. The projects you could work on maybe team level or span our entire tech organization. You will also have the chance to work with big named clients such as Universal, G.H. Mumm, Verizon, Marriott, The Motley Fool, OMEGA, Indeed, Zappos…
 

Responsibilities

Project Management (80%)

  • Project management with various clients: identification of influencers, relationship with talent agencies and creators, briefing, coordination of content production, editorial monitoring, and analysis of results,
  • Participate in strategic thinking in planning influencer marketing campaigns, and brand integrations in partnership with influencers from various spaces,
  • ​​Strategy Maker: finding creative solutions to brands and influencers' problems in collaboration with the Operations Team,
  • Provide editorial oversight and share new information from the influencer marketing industry and digital media space in general.

Squad development (20%)

  • Offer-fine-tuning: fine-tune the squad offer and make it up to date to fit the industry’s latest trends and client’s needs (include new social media or features for example),
  • Strategy Maker: finding creative solutions to prospects and customers' problems in the Gaming space in collaboration with the operational team,
  • Proposal creation: helping with delivering high-quality proposals to prospects including great influencers persona, creative strategy, and overall great design.

Who we are looking for


We are currently looking for a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. The ideal candidate will represent the company as the face of our operations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction through the delivery of their influencer campaigns.

  • You have relevant Influencer Marketing and/or Digital Project Management experience(s),
  • You know social media platforms' ins and outs and are always aware of the latest trends,
  • You are positive and resilient: you believe that mistakes and failures are learning opportunities and you value feedback as you are always looking to grow,
  • Experience working at an agency or for brands where you help with social media and/or influencers is a true plus,
  • Mastery of G Suite web tools, social amplification, analytics would be appreciated.
