Job description

The Mission

We’re doubling down our marketing efforts to increase our awareness and inbound traffic.

As Senior Content Marketer your role is to establish Upflow as a thought leader, drive lead generation and nurturing to create a sense of urgency to engage in the Upflow’s product.

You will own Upflow’s tone and voice and be at the head of developing our content marketing efforts from the ground up.

The role sits in the marketing team and will collaborate heavily with our Inbound Marketing Manager and Brand & PR manager.

The role is comprised of several objectives:

  • Determine an an effective editorial strategy in collaboration with our Inbound Marketing Manager
  • Craft interesting, well-researched, content to drive traffic, engage and convert target customers
  • Work with our Brand & PR to market our product and new feature releases
  • Support our sales and customer success teams by developing content strategies and materials to support their work

Preferred experience

Your experience & skills

To be a good fit for this role you need to be excited about and able to apply yourself across three key areas: content strategy, production and promotion.

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or writing-focused roles
  • Proven success using content to drive business, ideally in the SaaS B2B space
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Ability to deeply understand and create compelling editorial strategies geared towards them
  • In addition to writing, have the ability to promote your content to generate traffic
  • Ability to use data to drive your decision making
  • Highly collaborative team player who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • (Plus) Experience working with ‘alternative’ content formats such as podcasts or video
