Job description

The Mission

As our first Outbound Operations Specialist (6-month Internship), your role is to help the Sales team reach their objectives through identifying strategic audiences and improving our Lead Generation process. You’ll be a part of the Growth team and work in collaboration with the US and European sales teams.

This is an amazing opportunity to help scale an international Sales team and have a strong impact on the Outbound strategy of a fast-growing company.

Here are the main focus areas:

  • Identify and prepare hyper-targeted audiences and campaigns based on specific criteria (intent data, vertical, geography…)
  • Enrich our CRM (Salesforce) and ensure data quality
  • Increase Sales efficiency and productivity with automation and ready-to-use cadences for Sales Reps (eliminate low-value tasks, increase time in conversations with buyers…)
  • Monitor performance of the outbound campaigns and suggest improvements as needed
  • User and market research to identify relevant patterns/use cases

Preferred experience


  • Curious: you’re willing to learn, always. Whether it’s about Growth, Outbound Sales or the latest technologies
  • Builder: doer personality with attention to detail
  • Data-driven: analytical mindset and source of proposals
  • Team player: ability to work in collaboration with different teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing…)
  • Fluent in English
  • Last year student: possibility to convert this internship to a full-time job (same or other position in the Sales or Operations team for example)
    Excel/Gsheet and basic data skills

Nice to have:

  • Coding skills
  • Experience in Sales or Lead Generation
