🎯 The not impossible missions

We are looking for an experienced profile capable of supporting the management team on acquisition and branding issues, as well as taking on autonomous missions. This strategic position in the company requires a strong entrepreneurial spirit, great motivation, past experience, and an obsession with branding.

Your main responsibilities would be:

Strategy

  • Contribute to the reflections on the global strategy, the challenges of Ulysse and work in with all teams.
  • Build the global marketing strategy for all stages of the AARRR funnel to achieve our ambitious acquisition and awareness objectives.
  • Ensure a permanent market watch in order to position and develop our value proposition in line with the constant evolution of the market and detect new opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the annual growth, communication and branding budget in a very precise manner, monitor marketing objectives and optimize investments (reporting, performance indicators, ROI, etc.).
  • Re-define the existing customer personas and define the personas of our new customer targets as well as the customer paths.
  • Define quarterly objectives with management and ensure they are met.
  • Find levers to scale even faster.
  • Pilot our international launch.

Brand

  • Develop Ulysse’s awareness, visibility and desirability among its audiences: clients and candidates in the first place (permanent or freelance), but also opinion leaders and other intermediaries.
  • Build a strong brand with a true identity, overseeing messages, targets and the competitive environment.
  • Identify and coordinate external providers (content, PR, web agency) to increase Ulysse’s visibility.

Acquisition

  • Implement and manage the offline and online acquisition strategy and develop sustainable acquisition channels.

Management

  • Manage the team organized in 2 poles: growth and branding/communication.
  • Recruitment of new profiles to develop the marketing / growth team.

  • At least 8 years B2C marketing experience in fast growing environments.
  • Ability to provide vision and strategic direction, both on Branding (brand building) and Growth (lead acquisition issues).
  • Data-driven, you know how to analyze the impact of your actions to set up a continuous improvement system.
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial: you want to support the growth of a company on constantly changing issues.
  • Experience managing a marketing / growth team, leadership and ability to unite teams around you.
  • ROI oriented, analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning and teaching.
  • Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority).
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Passionate about building consumer products used by all kinds of people.
