Our unique “state of the art” HR Service Delivery platform provides HR teams with the tools they need to provide great services while considerably decreasing the manual work behind the scenes and allowing companies to go paperless in their administration.

We are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to be based either in our Paris or Stuttgart headquarters to provide  support for internal UKG employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical knowledge and timeliness.

The successful candidate with be required to:

  • Serve as point of contact for technical support calls received by phone (75%), chat (20%), e-mail or other methods
  • Create and distribute network related information to users, such as new account information and distribution list information; as well as activating and deactivating user accounts
  • Act as liaison between users and technical staff to communicate the status of problem resolution to business users; log and track requests for assistance related to IT supported systems
  • Support Desktop support functions around the office as required
  • Conduct periodic inventory maintenance on all equipment, track user problem trends
  • Become an SME on matters related to the job role

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years in IT technical support role
  • Excellent verbal, written and customer communications skills with technical and non-technical staff and end-users
  • Excellent French and English language skills, other languages a plus
  • Understanding of ticketing workflow, prioritization matrix, SLA enforcement & incident response
  • Familiarity with Windows Active Directory LAN environments, enterprise network technologies like DHCP, DNS, GPO
  • Must be able to work with users at all levels of skills and abilities
