The position

Job description

Your role:
You’ll be part of the EMEA Sales Team and under the supervision of the EMEA Sales Director. You will be responsible for helping the team find new business opportunities and partners (Consulting companies, Tech Companies, Transit operators,…) to promote Ubitransport and its products in the EMEA region, with a particular focus on Southern Europe and the Middle East.
Note that remote work is possible and Lyon’s workplace is in downtown.

Your responsabilities:

  • Generate new leads (growth acquisition) and build a network to support Ubitransport activities abroad
  • Understand the target market and key players within it
  • Anticipate and have a clear overview of new market opportunities and prospect mapping
  • Input contacts and account information into our CRM (SalesForce)
  • Organise initial meetings with new prospects (presentation of Ubitransport and our solution…)
  • Actively support the BD & BID team under the supervision of the EMEA Sales Director
  • Be proactive in identifying events abroad (participation, speaking sessions, webinars…)
  • Work closely with the marketing & communication departments to monitor our social media impact
  • Suggest new features & solutions, and give feedback on current market information (Gap Analysis) to the marketing and product teams

Preferred experience

Are you an internationally minded business student who wants to be part of the next chapter of Ubitransport?

  • A Masters student currently studying for a Bac+4 or Bac+5
  • Previous sales background with work experience or real strong interest in the field of technology/transport/mobility/consulting company
  • Fluent in Spanish or Italian and English (mandatory), French (bonus)
  • An enthusiastic team player ready to join a dynamic scale-up company where your contribution is more than expected
  • The ability to communicate in a professional tone
  • Great synthesis skills and an analytical mind
  • The ability to think outside the box and use initiative
  • You have a strong grasp of G-Suite (and/or Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint & Word), Salesforce, Slack and other IT tools
  • You are naturally curious about high-growth business ecosystems
