About the Role

Whether it's a sandwich, a burrito, or groceries, the Uber Eats team builds technology to connect people with what they want, when and where they want it. Our Sales and Sales Operations teams are at the frontline of our platform, introducing restaurant partners to Uber Eats and partnering with them to grow our business together.

The Sales Manager role is an outstanding opportunity to help grow Uber Eats. In this role, you will lead our Sales Representatives in a specific territory with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there. You'll work closely with your sales team, focusing on people management, building best-in-class sales operations and you will partner with Senior Leadership in setting the sales strategy and achieving sales goals. Supporting processes that scale and innovate from the ground up will also be a key part of your role.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Lead and nurture a team of Sales Representatives supporting our key markets
  • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance and quota achievement of your team members
  • Mentor and empower your team by observing sales behaviour to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
  • Foster clear and productive communication and increase collaboration among your Sales Representatives and cross-functional partners (Sales Operations, Client Success, Marketing)
  • Balance corrective with positive feedback to drive mentorship and performance improvement
  • Ensure that your Sales Representatives have robust pipelines aligned with business goals
  • Partner strategically ecome a key partner with the Regional Sales Manager ti drive business and forge valuable restaurant partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and City Operations to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs
Basic Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of B2B sales experience (high volume, lead generation, outbound prospecting)
  • Minimum of 2 year experience leading teams
  • Bachelor's Degree
