The position

Job description

To support this rapid expansion, Trustpair is looking for a VP Marketing. As a member of our Revenue team, you will report directly to Paul, our Chief Revenue Officer.

The first priority of the VP Marketing will be to clearly define and articulate the marketing strategy, and associated planning, supporting Trustpair’s ambitions for hyper-growth, scale and international expansion.

Your mission will then be to plan, launch and manage the execution of that strategy. Working closely with the CRO and the CEO, you will be accountable for the marketing strategy execution and results in front of the executive committee (COMEX) of the company.

The VP Marketing will orchestrate and manage the Content, Design, Product Marketing and Growth teams around shared objectives. He/she will develop a powerful brand image within our customer and partner ecosystem, create a strong sales enablement practice and partnering with the CRO, will develop and fine tune a powerful Demand and Lead Generation engine, to support our growth objectives.

What you will do :

Strategy

  • Define our branding and communication strategy and plan, aligned with our business plan objectives.
  • Design a comprehensive demand generation strategy and plan, together with our Growth Marketing team, to support our annual sales targets.
  • Create a overarching marketing strategy that supports Trustpair’s growth goals and international expansion.

Performance

  • Drive Brand Strategy and Overall brand awareness through a complete overhaul of Trustpair’s brand platform.
  • Build, orchestrate, and manage a communications calendar that drives strong customer engagement and pipeline growth with new & existing customers
  • Conceptualize and execute growth campaigns fully aligned with business plan and growth objectives
  • Develop and track comprehensive metrics reports and advise on the effectiveness and future direction of our marketing campaigns and spending
  • Build and manage best-in-class demand gen programs and optimization of the Lead to Opportunity funnel
  • Develop the Sales Enablement practice across the organization, together with the Product Marketing Manager.

Management

  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring and development plans of new team members as the marketing team continues to scale
  • Partner closely with the CRO to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Your Impact

  • You will launch and amplify the new Trustpair brand and identity
  • You will successfully implement and execute new growth strategy and tactics
  • You will take our Demand and Lead Generation engine to the next level, together with our VP Sales and CRO.

Preferred experience

Profile :

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • Background in marketing (digital, communications, brand, content), preferably with growing B2B Sales teams
  • Extremely well organized, ability to work fast, prioritize efficiently and communicate clearly.
