As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a Business Partner for managers here.

We want to break the cliché of a recruiter who only executes his tasks, in Trustpair, we are in the same time advocates of our candidates and our company and we have a strong leadership and ownership of the recruitment processes and strategy.

In Trustpair, the recruitment is not a function or BU, but a process and an integral part who involves the whole company. By joining the TA team, you’ll play a key and central position in our future !

Your role :

  • Work hand-in-hand with Hiring Managers to help them to staff their teams

    • Define a strategy, the choice of A-Player profiles, the headhunter approach…
    • Coach, advise and help them to improve their “recruiter hat” ;
    • Build strong and living pipelines, so we can work on our back-up strategy
  • Provide the best candidate experience ever

    • Build surveys, measure our CNPS, improve results…
    • Transform the ordinary job interview on interactive and pleasant chat ;
    • Create the “candidate care” habit, be there for them, seduce them !
  • And more :

    • Work on marketing of our job offers : what can we do to make them perfect and sexy ?
    • Network & tools : learn on best practices of other recruiters, benchmark their methods to attract the best people ;
    • Defend and strenghten our values and culture ;
    • Help us to pimp our employer’s brand !

Preferred experience

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment ;
  • You’re fluent or bilingual in French and English ;
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills ;
  • You’re a real self-starter with tons of initiative and creativity, you have enough of manual tasks, you want to automate processes and optimize your time ! ;
  • You truly believe that data always tells the truth, you’re results oriented and focus KPI ;
  • You know how to priorize your tasks, what has to be done asap and what can wait

Recruitment process

  • Call with Maja, Senior Lead Talent Partner (30 min) ;
  • Call with Céline, VP People (1h) ;
  • Technical test (should take around 1 or 2 hours of work on a 1 week timeframe) ;
  • Test restitution and Coffee fit with two members of Trustpair (1h30).
