Collaborating with all areas within Trustpair, our Operations team covers 2 main missions :

• KYS (Know your supplier): processing detailed checks on our clients’ suppliers, complimenting Trustpair’s automated data workflows, and strengthening our ability to prevent fraud.
• Strategic & transverse projects : driving the company’s structuration by leading cross-team, strategic & operational initiatives.

For the past few months, the team has been launching a series of major performance improvement projects, both on :

• operations (enhancing KYS confirmation rates, processing times and productivity)
• transverse topics (reorganising internal & external Support, setting up a new Customer Success tool, review forecasting methodology, modelling control costs in the Business Plan etc…).

We are opening a position of our first Business Operations Manager to drive these key projects with energy, talent and leadership, and become the playmaker of a team shaping up Trustpair’s global value proposition !

Missions

You will be mentored by our Head of Operations and will work directly with the Operations team and Trustpair’s leadership on the following challenges :

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects helping the company structure further and scale, working with most teams within Trustpair : Operations, Product, Data, Tech, Sales, Customer Success…
• Design and prioritize the Operations performance improvement roadmap, based on Trustpair’s strategic focuses and comprehensive diagnosis (strategic benchmarks, KPIs review, ideation workshops…)
• Roll out specific Operations performance projects, using your leadership and your pragmatism to mobilise key stakeholders and quickly translate our roadmap into concrete performance gains
• Help create and shape our new Business Operations team, with short-term prospects of management !

MUST HAVE

• Master’s Degree from Top 10 Business or Engineering schools
• 3 years of professional experience ;
• Experience(s) in Strategy or Management Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance (e.g. investment banking, VC, PE…)
• Very strong analytical & problem-solving skills, at ease with data, proficient with Excel/Gsheet financial / quantitative modelling
• Strong project management & leadership skills : can scope, mobilise the team and deliver a business project in autonomy
• Result-oriented, team player, rigorous, great communicator
• Fluent in French and English
