We are opening a Head of Brand and Content position in our growing marketing team!
This is a managerial role as we expand our customer base in France, in Europe and are launching in the United States. You will be responsible for positioning Trustpair as the best and leading third-party risk management platform in the market. Working with internal experts (product marketing manager, content manager, marketing designer, event manager), free lancers and agencies, you will design, set up and execute the brand and content strategy.
You will make an impact in 3 main areas :
Develop and execute a strong value-added content strategy, and ensure content is relevant for the target audience at all stages of the acquisition funnel ;
Ensure the earned media strategy is consistent with the paid media strategy managed by the growth team ;
Analyse what content is working or not in order to generate a continuous improvement framework ;
Develop and execute an event strategy as a main acquisition channel (tradeshows, in-house events and webinars) ;
Build an ambassador program and ensure social proof is infused into various content formats and into multiple channels ;
Identify innovative formats and programs to engage with our audience, test and learn ;
Set up and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners ;
Take ownership of the website content, design and production strategy, in partnership with the growth marketing team ;
Develop a social media strategy to engage with our all of our stakeholders (customers, prospects, candidates) ;
Develop employer-branding content ;
Coach and grow a team of specialists in design, content, event and communications ;
Hire team members as needed ;
Clearly communicate goals to direct reports and measure their impact ;
Incorporate training and development opportunities in day-to-day ;
Lead by example and be an advocate of Trustpair’s culture ;
