Job description

Who is LaFourchette?
Part of TripAdvisor, LaFourchette is the leading European restaurant booking platform, providing an online and mobile service to internet users to find, select and book restaurants.

This software helps restaurants maximize bookings, secure online bookings, compile customer records and ultimately reach their customers in a far more personalized manner.
LaFourchette, headquartered in Paris with over 500 employees, is operating in 12 countries (France, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Turkey, Portugal, Brazil and Australia) under the brands LaFourchette, Eltenedor, The Fork, MyTable, Iens, Seatme, Dimmi.
We are always looking for passionate, data driven, user oriented and humble colleagues, ready to change an industry.

You and our B2C team?
You already have a successful digital consulting experience shaping and delivering transformation programs? You are eager to challenge your skills with an opportunity at the European leader of online restaurant booking? You are at ease in dynamic and international working environment? You are up for the challenge of several millions customers over a dozen countries to handle the rapid growth of a digital leader in its field?
We are extending our B2C team composed of product managers, designers and developers, hiring an experienced Project Manager to structure our offer in our 12 markets.

What would you do?
Your first mission brings you to Australia as you’ll be in charge to coordinate the migration of newly acquired key service to LaFourchette Service.
Dimmi is a LaFourchette company based in Sidney, and our company strategy is to integrate ourselves as much as possible to benefit of a scale effect, as well as extra revenue for both brands. This means migrating Dimmi back office and website/application onto LaFourchette systems. You will need to mobilize several teams here who already recently succeed similar migrations and make sure you:

  • Understand the current business, thorough study of the value proposition and product differences
  • Coordinate all product comparisons (web interfaces, applications, back-office tools)
  • Build a detailed roadmap, define deliverables and milestones
  • Animate internal teams like Product team, Marketing, Finance, Customer service… in several locations (from Paris to Australia)
  • Highlight risks and dependencies, search for solutions, raise flags, and discuss with management team when appropriate
  • Directly manage some technical projects and data migration
  • Go hands-on and help where needed
  • Ensure compatibility of all systems
  • Set up and animate steering committees
  • Handle change management
Your mission will be to manage and be the guarantor of the launch plan, and of course ensure that the company meets the goal to get the migration successfully done.
You’ll take on the responsibility of other strategic projects for LaFourchette, mainly international-driven and towards new market expansion.

  • At least 5-7 years in a similar role in a management consulting/technology services company

  • Significant experience in a similar industry or position in an international context to get a good understanding of the project (but no specific technical or product skills required)
  • Strong project management expertise, organization skills and sensitivity to timeline
  • You are problem-solving oriented and able to ramping-up on complex topics,
  • You are Bilingual English/French
