We’re now launching The Modern Milkman into France as Le Marché Moderne and are looking for the best candidates to join us and be part of the team on the ground responsible for launching, scaling and making this a success!

Descriptif du poste

Passionate about marketing, analytics, and reducing plastic waste? Interested in working in a fast-paced, test and learn environment, and scaling a market from the early stages? As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own growth in the French market by building, aligning and delivering the strategy alongside our Global team for user growth and retention. You’ll deliver on user growth and retention metrics, while maintaining cost per acquisition in line with target. You’ll oversee customer acquisition in market, working closely with brand marketing, performance marketing teams, and in-market teams to deliver user growth targets.

  • Responsible for customer acquisition and retention across online and offline channels, multichannel CRM activity, network growth and optimisation
  • Build and manage customer acquisi/on and channel level forecasts and manage team and agencies to deliver to target
  • Define and Execute marketing acquisition activities, and test new channels to accelerate growth
  • Drive strong LTV:CAC ratios, ensuring channel investments deliver scale and strong unit economics
  • Ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy
  • Responsible for assessing poten/al of new areas, planning launches and targeted marketing
    across the network, and ensuring strong utility throughout the network
  • Lead new channel innovation by using customer data and key industry trends to steer the team’s focus and prioritize new channels to test
  • Content, Creative, and Tech teams Strategize, deploy, and op/mize on-page & off-page SEO strategy, in collaboration with
  • Work with Global CRM team to tailor CRM activity to support the French market, localising automated campaigns, identifying opportunities for new activity
  • Analysing data, owning KPIS on digital user acquisition, conversion, CPA
  • Working cross functionally with product owner, CRO, and analyst to continuously improve web journeys
  • Manage key supplier and agency relationships, including face to face marketing agency and direct mail providers

Profil recherché

You absolutely must have

  • Strong leadership skills, and proven people management experience Seen a company grow and evolve their performance marketing strategy. Even better if you’ve been the leader through quick scale
  • A test and learn mentality along with solid understanding of the data you need to drive user growth and how to use it
  • Highly analy/cal and data-driven, comfortable using data to formulate hypotheses and design tests
  • In depth knowledge of marke/ng technologies and pla\orms (e.g. Google Ads, FB Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM software, A/B testing tools)
  • 4+ years of performance marketing and digital experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in a performance marketing-based role ideally with online and offline channel ownership
  • Strong understanding of digital marke/ng landscape, and experience working with attribution models
  • Experience working in a fast growth ecommerce/ Direct to consumer company
  • Deep experience in creating, optimising and running performance marketing campaigns
    across PPC, search, paid social, programmatic
  • Proven experience in growing a customer base
  • Has managed media spend of €2M+

Ideally you will have

  • Proven track record of developing and testing user acquisition strategies and optimizing web/app journeys
  • Experience owning and tracking metrics across the customer acquisition funnel, and developing attribution models
  • Proficiency in SQL/Google Analytics/Tableau
