New technologies now make it possible to optimize production quantities as much as possible by producing in real time according to consumer needs.
Industrial constraints (minimum production) are disappearing in favour of high-performance technological tools and an efficient digital chain.

About TEKYN
TEKYN is the technological hub that transforms the textile production experience, serving a new vision of fashion : sustainable, profitable, agile and transparent.
To do so, TEKYN has developped two main technologies, based on software and hardware.
A digital and collaborative platform that will link all the textile supply chain players and increase reactivity, agility and reliability. Connected to the platform, a mobile application is deployed in the workshops for them to digitally declare all their production stages and thus provide brands with a transparent and real time follow-up.
TEKYN has developed a robotic part with cutting machines connected in 4.0 to the platform. This equipment allows workshops to transmit their production data immediately and reliably.
We work every day to make our organization more human, decentralized and help each team member to increase his autonomy.

The position
TEKYN is now looking for a Country Manager for the German market to set up the sales strategy and build strong business partnerships.

Job description

Missions :
Business development in Germany.

  • Define the sales strategy
  • Develop a B to B portfolio among the main actors and open new accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from project detection to partnerships negotiation
  • Understand and extensively know german market expectations
  • Be proactive and create new opportunities
  • Build and lead a team of business developers in Germany
  • Communicate on Germany’s main social networks
  • Embody TEKYN in fairs, meetings and digital events (Webinar, Masterclass…) to increase visibility

Preferred experience

Profile

  • French-German. Perfectly bilingual in English.
  • Master’s degreee in business and/or marketing
  • Strong ability to convince and close business negociation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge
  • Efficient while autonomous.
  • High mobility between France-Germany.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the textile environment (group leader, purchasing department etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of social networking
  • Motivated by a fast-growing and agile startup
  • Team spirit and special dedication to collective ambition
