Working closely with its manager the Head of Commmunication, our executive team, and internal stakeholders to develop, animate and engage Team Vitality’s social audiences around our League of Legends teams in order to support our global leadership ambitions:

• Develop and maintain the relationship with Vitality’s LFL and LEC players to create and post regular content about the team’s life (photos and videos during competitions, behind the scene, etc)
• Understand Vitality’s brand and tone of voice and apply it to our social media communication
• Stay up to date on social media platforms algorithm and best practices to maximize reach and audience development
• Analyze social data to understand our audience, extract consumer insights and identify new areas of audience development
• Monitor social media trends to inspire creativity to the team and take part to the conversation as Vitality
• Develop & execute social media communication plans for other Business Units (brand, esport, partners, merchandising, diversification) when needed
• Post content on social platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, Twitter, etc) according to editorial planning and ensure live coverage of competitions
• Create original, snackable and engaging content (meme, short-form, etc)
• Animate our communities and interact with fans, players, streamers
• Monitor social media data and deliver campaign reporting in order to optimize strategy and results
• Update social media platforms assets (profile picture, banners, etc)

• 3+ years work experience as community manager or social media manager
• Understanding and know-how of the esport industry, especially League of Legends
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Strong social media knowledge
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strong written/oral communication skills
• Located in Berlin
