🤝Your role
As Taster’s Unique Product Designer directly reporting to the CTPO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our technology solutions. You will work closely with a small cross-functional team of a dozen people including Product, Engineering, and Data and have direct access to the final users of the product you will design.
You will design intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered solutions that drive kitchen efficiency, enhance consumer engagement, and empower our internal teams.
Your work will impact a wide range of tools, from kitchen operations to franchise management platforms, supply chain solutions, and internal back-end tools. You will bring an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
🤝 Is it really for me ?
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing directly in the kitchens to gather insights and understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
UI/UX Design tools: Proficient in design tools such as Figma. You design and iterate on user-friendly interfaces and interactions for Taster’s back office applications and Click & Collect kiosk platform focusing on simplicity, efficiency, and scalability.
Design Systems: Maintain a consistent design system, ensuring visual and functional coherence across all products and platforms.
Data-Driven Design: Leverage analytics and user data to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in French and English and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working on diverse projects across different domains (kitchen operations, franchise tools, supply chain, internal tools).
Passion: Enthusiasm for food, innovation, and delivering exceptional experiences to users.
