The position

Job description

This role is instrumental to the achievement of the Taster Ambition. The Kitchen Staff Trainer will report to the Head of Kitchen Operations. It’s an opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and contribute to the development and creation of iconic online food brands.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with main internal stakeholders in order to agree training needs for concepts and meet the training plans
Produce plans for delivering training
Conduct regular assessments on all training activity and provide accurate recording of this
Maintain the employee training files on the company tool
Working with stakeholders to produce new training documentation and revise existing procedure materials, to fit the business needs and ensure that they are accurate and uptodate
Deliver induction training to ensure all new starters are aware of expectations and core procedures.
Deliver training for internal job promotion or lateral moves
Work closely with Ops Managers to improve KPIs
Ensure high quality of service
Guarantee consistency all over the Kitchens
Respect Taster processes and standards


Preferred experience

At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Enjoying sharing knowledge/Good mentor
Ambitious and driven to build something scalable whilst maintain high standards
You have experience in a fast pace kitchen environment and leading a section/team to deliver great food
First class training, fast moving environment & excellent career progression prospects
