The position

Job description

As a Product Designer, you will join the Software Engineering Infrastructure department. You will have the opportunity to apply Human-Centered Design process by creating interactions between our employee from operational department and the operational product team. We strive to offer the best experience for our employee and your mission is to propose intuitive tooling to perform internal operations in the bank. 

Your responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and optimize User Interface of internal tools.
  • Provide UX solutions to develop product performance
  • Participate in early phase of the product specification to bring operator voice to the process
  • Work closely in interdisciplinary and world wide spread team, innovating and evolving a product
  • Demonstrate communication skills and articulate your design decisions to our stakeholders
  • Collaborate within the Product designers community to maintain design consistency across the products
  • Propose evolutions/features/improvements,
  • Validate the features for production,
  • Create product documentation

Preferred experience

  • You have between 1 to 5+ years of experience in designing operational product 
  • You have worked in Product based organization and cross-functional team
  • You are able to provide design specifications for web applications
  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma)
  • You understand the value of Design System and already contributed to one
  • Experience in designing financial tools is a plus
  • You have strong facilitation capability and excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
