We are looking for a motivated German copywriter with high ability of writing and proofreading –ideally with an excellent written command of English or French.

Integrated into the Marketing department and supported by the Copywriting Manager, you will be an active element of the creative team, responsible for creating and proofreading Swissquote’s communications.

Your day-to-day consists of: 

• Creating, editing and adapting various marketing content in German for our websites, emails, client communications etc. Occasionally, you may also write for Swissquote’s trading platforms and applications and for the Yuh brand.
• Proofreading content in German.
• Ensuring relevance and consistency of content and instil a customer centric approach.
• Managing the translation of texts.

• Professional copywriter with 3 to 6 years’ experience.
• Perfect command of German (native or bilingual) and good command of French (good command of English: an asset).
• Significant experience in marketing writing (in an agency or in the marketing department of a company).
• A sharp and creative pen, impeccable spelling and proven writing skills, you have a love of words and know how to capture the reader's attention.
• Great attention to detail and reliable proofreading skills.
• Keen understanding of the specific demands of digital media.
• Organised, open-minded and rigorous (especially in meeting deadlines).
• Ability to work both in a team and autonomously.
• Knowledge of the banking or financial sector is an asset.
