Swile (swile.co) is a French start-up created in 2017 by French serial entrepreneur Loïc Soubeyrand : Swile offers digital solutions for employee rewards and benefits (meal/food vouchers and corporate gifts) through a card and an app that also helps foster engagement. We disrupted the traditional and outdated French paper meal voucher market and were able to gain significant traction.

After mastering meal vouchers, Swile is now tackling new rewards and benefits (meal vouchers, corporate gifts, transportation and commuter benefits, vacation allowances and more) that will be stored and managed via a single account, card and app. Our ambition is to enable employers to also improve their employees’ engagement and experience by recognizing key moments and milestones of their lives at work. As such, celebrations (birthdays and work anniversaries), money pots, team events, P2P payments among coworkers are brought together in a single app.

Your role:

We are currently looking for a Brand Designer to deploy Swile’s visual identity through our digital tools and participate in the development of the brand and its influence mainly (but not only!) through our website.

We are looking for someone who has more than 4 years of experience, whether in an agency, a start up or even as a freelance.

We also expect you to always be ready to learn, teach and grow!

You will be in charge of :

  • Creating digital experiences in close collaboration with all teams (Business, Sales, Data, etc.)
  • Working hand in hand with our team of developers
  • Defending your creative choices

Your missions 🤓

  • Create digital experiences with a fiery team spirit
    Your ability to contribute to strategic and creative direction and then implement it will be paramount. You are able to design digital experiences for both BtoB and BtoC destinations in an elegant way, while working on several projects at the same time. Close and proactive collaboration is therefore important between you, who are part of the Brand division, and the other divisions of Swile (Business, Care, Legal, Sales, etc.). You will work hand in hand with the Senior Brand Designer and be overseen by our Head of Studio.

  • Have a good knowledge of web languages to better collaborate with the team of Innovation developers
    Solving UX problems, participating in brainstorms, thinking on the fly, and making decisions to complete your projects don’t scare you. You are able to understand and read lines of html or css code (without being the Neo or the Trinity of the next Matrix). Expert knowledge of Figma is essential in order to be able to build models and prototypes that combine aesthetics and adaptability on the front side.

  • Defend your creative (and technical) choices
    You are able to present and communicate your ideas, suggestions and concepts to the rest of the team in an intelligent, persuasive, humble and caring manner. You do not hesitate to examine the feedbacks and to exploit other directions to answer the problems of the project.

  • Use a modular design approach (web design system) and mobile first
    The experiences created must be thought in mobile first. As a web design system is already in place, you will have to use it, expand it and make it flexible and consistent.

Recruitment process

  • Recuiter interview: 30 minutes
  • Manager interview: 45 minutes (evaluation of soft/hard skills, teamfit, background, team/job information)
  • Business Case: A live simulation
  • Swilers interview: 30 minutes / During this stage all our Swilers can be called in and contribute to a skills assessment of candidates (focus on culture and values). Interviewers will be able to meet candidates without cognitive bias and have constructive feedback on their interpersonal skills and know-how. Involving all of our employees in the success of our hiring process is an integral part of our culture and values
  • Final Round: 45min
