Job description

Sweep is hiring a Content Analyst, to support the building, maintenance, and improvement of the content that powers our sustainability platform.

Sweep maps climate and ESG data across an entire business to reduce carbon emissions, improve social and environmental performance, and create audit-ready reports to run the best sustainability programs. Sweep empowers companies to build resilience to global challenges with technology.

At Sweep, we build modules that help companies report and manage their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Our modules enable companies to report on various ESG KPIs across multiple frameworks such as CSRD, GRI and more.

Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?

Sweep is introducing a new ESG module, as part of our initiative to expand our coverage of ESG frameworks and build an all-in-one sustainability platform. You will support this project by executing structured content tasks under the guidance of experienced team members. You will help extract and transform the content, enrich it to create high quality product content that feeds into the new module. You will also analyse and map content to their equivalents in other existing modules, helping us keep true to our ‘Load once, use everywhere’ commitment. You will primarily work in spreadsheets pulling information from external data sources (web, pdfs) while following (and learning to contribute to) implementation methodologies. You'll work on clearly defined tasks with regular guidance and feedback from experienced teammates.

To be more specific, this includes:

1. Content Creation & Mapping for ESG Modules

  • Learn and understand the ESG framework and its content with support from Sweep provided guidance
  • Support the creation of audit-ready content to build a highly representative version of the ESG framework in Sweep
  • Accurately extract and transform key content into usable formats using spreadsheet templates prepared by your team
  • Execute project tasks such as data discovery, extracting information from sources and enriching raw content with new data properties, with regular check-ins from your team lead
  • Help implement cross-framework mappings that deliver Sweep’s load once use everywhere approach

2. GenAI-Assisted Workflow Automation

  • Use approved AI agents to execute your tasks to increase your capabilities and scale your impact
  • Contribute to discovery projects on AI-assisted data scraping and handling workflows, that help build enhanced capability in the team

3. Project management

  • Engage in core project activities such as documentation and QA
  • Actively share learnings and improve the methodology the team applies

Note: You will be assigned tasks that match your experience and skillset, with clear guidance on expectations and deliverables. As you develop your skills and demonstrate consistency, you'll gradually take on more complex work. We believe in giving everyone real ownership, so you’ll have the chance to take on bigger challenges; while always having access to experienced team members for support, mentorship, and guidance.

That sounds just right for me. What do I need to bring?
