The position

Job description

The context

  • We just raised our Series A to grow from 1M€+ to 10M€ ARR
  • We are looking from a strong VP Sales to support this growth
  • The 3 main objectives are simple: reach the quota, build the team, open new markets

Your mission

  • Making Supermood go from 1M€ ARR to 10M€ ARR (after that —> European domination)
  • Build an incredible team (going from 6 to 20 by end of 2021)
  • Start to open new European countries (starting 2021)
  • Be a great individual contributor
  • Put ops and process in place
  • Report to the CEO

In terms of Sales, where we’re at?

  • 1 SDR, 5 AE
  • Solid NPS (60+)
  • Strong client expansion (250%+)
  • Process in place: MQL scored, BANT for qualification, AM handover, HubSpot setup and filled…
  • We have a lot of data (sectors, deal lost reasons, expansion, etc.) and a data-analyst
  • Short sales cycles (90 days for 60k€+ ACV)

  • Lived (part of) the journey of scaling a business from 1M€ to 10M€
  • High touch, high ACV (min. 50k€+)
  • Has hired/trained/fired more than 10 AE/BDR/SDR
  • Fluent in French & English
  • International experience

No Go

  • B2C Experience only. We’re more LinkedIn than TikTok.
  • Very low ACV. If you haven’t sold a solution for more than 50k€+, it means that you don’t know the wonderful world of Enterprise deals. It’s no big deal for a fulfiling life but, for our future VP Sales, it is.
  • No international experience. It’s not a problem if you haven’t opened new countries yourself, but having done business in a multicultural environment is a must-have.
  • Not being a doer. We’re not a billion-dollar company (yet!) and our growth is not Powerpoint-powered. So you’ll have to make your hands dirty. But that’s where the fun is, right? :)
  • Afraid of tough times. Supermood is an adventure, and even if most of the time the landscape is beautiful, sometimes things are hard. We are looking for people that never quit until reaching the top.
