Job Description:

As a Junior Customer Success you will be 100% responsible for managing and supporting our merchants during their lifecycle with SumUp POS. In this role you will be facing clients at all levels and representing their interests to every department in the company, therefore we need you to have a strong proactive, positive and dynamic attitude. Missions:

  • Monitor and improve our merchant lifecycle metrics such as: Net Promoter Score (NPS), card reader usage and app usage.
  • Train and empower merchants in their use of the Sumup POS ecosystem.
  • Analyze and manage merchants' requests for features to improve our POS digital ecosystem.
  • Manage Key Account portfolio of merchants throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support and improve our current partner integrations processes and updates.

Who we are looking for:

  • You have a positive, proactive and dynamic attitude (must have)
  • You are a strong team player that can easily adapt to rapidly evolving situations (must have)
  • You are very good at empathizing with clients and explain complex issues in a simple way
  • Getting outside your comfort zone is not an issue.
  • You are self driven and able to be organized in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment
  • You are a good negotiator when situations heat up
  • You are fluent in Italian and English (must have), French, Spanish and German are a plus.
