As a Head of Security you will lead our Global Security function, working with a growing world class Security team!

You can work in one of our offices (Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, London, Cracow, Lisbon, Milan) and/or (remotely) anywhere in Spain 🇪🇸, France 🇫🇷, UK 🇬🇧, Poland 🇵🇱, Portugal 🇵🇹, Italy 🇮🇹

What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Leading, developing and growing our talented Security team by hiring, training, mentoring, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
  • Building a comprehensive security program that includes physical safety and cybersecurity policies.
  • Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed.
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the company to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
  • Fostering a culture of physical and digital security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with employees.
  • Managing, evaluating, and resolving any physical or digital security incidents or breaches.
  • Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with GDPR and other laws and regulations.
  • Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
  • Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
  • Collaborating and partnering with other teams like Procurement, Compliance, Finance and IT
  • What do we need from you? 😎

  • Degree in information technology systems, or equivalent experience in cyber security or auditing.
  • At least 3 years' experience working as a security manager or security auditor.
  • At least 2 years' experience managing teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDPR and Global Security Regulations.
  • Experience working with Security Risk Frameworks such as NIST and CAIQ.
  • Proven proficiency in developing security policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity.
  • Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritise and execute.
