Sales manager : job and missions
Your role within Stormshield
Reporting to the Country Manager DACH, you will act as the driving commercial force to develop the business in your region. The Sales Manager has a keen capability to identify new business opportunities and/or key partners who can accelerate the growth of Stormshield with its total portfolio in a given market.
The Sales Manager is responsible for all commercial activities of the region.
Your missions
As a hunter, your missions will be:
- Achieve or preferable over-perform a revenue target for your region
- Be able to open doors, present, pursue and close deals from mid-management level to C-level and preferably have an active network of business contacts in the IT security domain
- Develop or further develop markets by identifying and closing business opportunities at key end-customers, systems integrators and/or resellers throughout the region
- Develop and execute an overall business plan for the region as well as individual plans with key partners
- Derived from the business plans mention above co-develop, execute, monitor and report on marketing plans throughout the region increasing the brand awareness and number of leads for the Stormshield portfolio
- Report on a periodic basis to the Country Manager DACH, based in Munich, about the achieved results and forecasts for the remainder of the financial year
