As “Growth Marketing Manager” you will work closely with the co-founder/CMO to develop innovative campaigns and actions that generate top-of-funnel opportunities to meet revenue targets. This role will give you the opportunity to make a direct impact on a fast-growing, ambitious, and transformative organization. In your mission, you will be in touch with a wide range of interesting people: innovation leaders, C-Levels, operational teams etc. and you will be exposed to the latest innovation and transformation challenges of some of the biggest companies worldwide.
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Recommend and execute strategies to generate qualified B2B leads
- Lead our online presence and drive quality traffic to the company’s website, content, and other online experiences
- Develop and run topical multi-touch, multi-channel digital campaigns
- Animate existing customers to boost referral sales and support upsell
- Nurture parked opportunities to reactivate potential deals
- Analyze competitive landscapes, pricing strategies, leads scoring, sales process, sales material, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Help to define and create relevant content about our product, value proposition and services
- Develop our events strategy
- Share learnings within our organization to support our sales speech, enlighten our creatives and content creators, fuel our product roadmap, ensure consistency across all departments and assist in more informed decision-making
- Engage with stakeholders in the wider community of our industry
