The position

Job description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide our clients so they get the most out of our product and continue to be happy & loyal customers. The software solution that we are providing is transformative, innovative and very strategic for large organisations, so you will be in touch with a wide range of interesting people: innovation leaders, high-level executives, operational people… Together with the other members of our Customer Success team, you will make sure that the value of our offering is understood and unlocked by them all.

Main roles and responsabilities

You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients and :

  • you will be responsible for the renewal of their contracts
  • you will help them understand and deploy Startup Flow within their organisation (presentation of our value proposition, onboarding of new teams / new users, product trainings, etc.)
  • you will assist them in each step of the deployment : from setup to scale
  • you will help them identify and animate communities of internal innovators to boost relevant usage of our product
  • you will help them design, benchmark and execute innovation strategies thanks to your cross-clients expertise & thanks to your knowledge about our product (cross-clients introductions, recommendations of product configurations, workshops, etc.)
  • you will listen to their needs and challenges to fuel our product team with great insights to add to our product roadmap and invent the next versions of our product
  • you will build a strong expertise about our product and about corporate innovation
  • you will track KPIs of deployment to ensure the success of the Startup Flow deployment

Preferred experience

Qualifications and skills

  • French native, great written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Professional proficiency in German, Italian or Spanish is a bonus
  • 2+ years of working experience within the field of customer success, project management or strategy at a B2B SaaS high-growth startup, a Enterprise B2B SaaS company, or an innovation team of a large firm
  • Exceptional people skills: you can develop strong relationships and communicate with various people naturally
  • Confidence at presenting and negotiating
  • Hands-on attitude with a true problem-solver mindset
  • Passion for the tech industry and the world of B2B SaaS, Enterprise software and Innovation
  • Your best team player skills: you trust in the team and bring out the best in them
